A anthology like RPG based in the same Universe. Gives one a chance to provide your character with a little more character depth and help fellow roleplayers get inside the mind of the character. It's equal billing to both heroes and villains alike as the stories involving them ranges from either quiet day to day life tales or getting involved in some crazy epic adventure

"True Nature"

I'm not a saint, I'm a monster. A monster who fully embraces what he is. I make no apologies to the actions that I make. If you are looking for someone who would make some tear jerking excuse as to why he do the things that he do then look somewhere else cause I own up to my actions and I get nothing but pure satisfaction from them. You do have those that would try and hide their inner demon but I can tell you that there will be a pont that it will come out. Just ask the Runt when you run into him sometime.

The Runt tried to keep the beast locked inside of him. There are times he went a little longer than expected then there are other times he couldn't contain it any longer but in the long run it came out. The next thing you know he will be drowning his sorrows at some bar somewhere. I would sometimes have to give him a harsh reminder that it's not easy keeping the beast caged. I gain satisfaction when he comes to the realization, eventually he will see things my way.

I lead a group called The Marauders whose history is just about as dark as mine. We do earn ourselves a nice reputation in the supervillain community. Azazel I met up when we was both doing a job for Magneto awhile back in freeing captive mutants that were held at a concentration camp. Don't let his noble bravado fool you, he can be pretty vicious when the chips are down. Did I ever tell you that the Elf is Azazel's son? One of the main reasons why I gave up on wanting kids is they usually end up being disappointments and there will be a time you would have to kill them. I don't wish him facing that inevitable moment. Still carries a torch for that blue skinned whore Mystique. I don't get into contact with Magneto much, there are methods I do that even he finds a little unsavory. I was hungry and the guards were there.

I ended up recruiting a new member named Mince, she has potential and could provide some use for the group. A little unpredictability never hurt anyone. She has a enemy in the X-Men also in Storm. A friend of The Runts, when she told me her story about her encounter with her and her disdain for Storm I laughed at the irony as I have even thought of tormenting her a few occasions just for the fact that she is best friends with the Runt. Speaking of I hear he has taken in a girl named Laura, with the same abilities as him. I bet he's going to be filling her head with lies about how she can resist her true nature. I can tell you that it may take years but eventually the other shoe will fall. It usually does.

"So when I first came to Genosha I had ran away from my home near Latveria and hit the docks with a few other mutant runaways. Two from Exodus City named Derrick and Mariah, along with his brother John. I was running from my home because I had ended up killing my father with my power, or the man I was told was my father. See, ever since I was real young, eight years old, I found out if I wanted to hit something, I could. I never miss, ever, and in the right hands-my hands- that can be deadly. Derrick and Mariah were coming from somewhere in the US to go out to Genosha, hoping to help John be cured and find a way to stabilize his condition

I am Professor Paladia. Unlike the insane Doctor Nemesis, I am not a super villain, just a genius. Now to be fair some of my experiments have gotten out of control but I never intend for them to cause harm. It's just....SCIENCE! Science is so wonderful! It has given us so much! Lights, Fire, Electricity, Computers, Internet, Robots, Weapons, Medicine, Cars, Planes, Trains, Boats, Armor, Viruses, Diseases, Chemicals, Astronomy, and soooooo much more. Science! Science is what makes the world go round and we're still making breakthroughs. Can you believe that? Hundreds of years and there are still things to be discovered. Oh it's so much fun to experiment. To play with chemicals and create new elements, to explore the borders of our universe, develop spaceships and robots. I have created so much with the power of science. By far my greatest creation is daughter: Aida. She's beautiful. She's perfect. I created her using a mixture of my own genes and another who, after some research, I found suitable and then I created Paladia in a egg shaped chamber that I created through a alien technology that I salvaged here and there. The heroes leave plenty of it with their constant battles against all those alien invaders. I have raised her to love science almost as much as I do and she has her own free will. Which is good. I would never want my daughter to be treated as a weapon despite her superhuman abilities. Also she can turn into a spaceship capable of going c^2. That's the speed of light squared if you are curious how fast she can go in ship form. Not many mothers can say THAT about their children can they? HA! Science triumphs! Ahhh, it's about that time. I'd love to talk more but I have an important experiment to get to. Toodles! And remember kids: SCIENCE!

Union Jack stands among the Scottish Highlands, this is an area where Black Knight usually go to just clear his head of things. He can see why. The view does have a sense of calmness around him, makes a mental note to thank him for the recommendation

Dahlia Marquez, the "host" of the Mayan deity Kukulcan and fellow member of The Protectors takes in the view behind Union Jack. "I see why he comes here now, it's a beautiful, yet serene view" she says, putting her hands together to channel energy

Why We Fight

It had been a couple of weeks since the fight with the war. Matthew had been quiet and going by the rings under his eyes, had been missing sleep. Dinah herself was looking over her shoulder and carried a weapon wherever she went. Sable had been beating herself up over Quantum escaping and the lives lost in the war. Flannery was having nightmares about the war and had been throwing herself into heroics ever since. Dude had gone away from the city for some alone time to recover. Carmella had been avoiding being in the public due to all of the fear about vampires since the war. The team was falling apart. Summer knew something had to be done. She was up all night working on it. Modifying the sites, sending out the E-Mails, getting the videos, setting up the video pages....but it was all worth it. Now, all she needed was to get them all back together. She and Hank tracked down Carmella first, convinced her to come back into the light. She then brought Dude over to the meeting place after tracking him down. Finding the others was easier. Helena helped them find Dinah and Sable. Finally, Summer and Hank tracked down Flannery and Matthew respectively.
Helena, Summer and Hank were standing tall, the computer hooked up to an overhead. "Thank you all for coming...I know it's been very hard recently....sooo....I thought, that, it was time for the city to give a little something back." Summer said.
"We talked to the people around the city and asked them their thoughts on the heroes and asked them to post them." Hank added.
"And I think you'll like what they had to say." Helena smiled and pressed the button.

A young boy in a grey t-shirt showed up in a video. "Hello Justice Patrol, my name is Miquel...I just wanted to say, thank you...thank you for all you've done....and a big thank you to Stronghold. You saved my life when my house was coming down."
The next video popped up. A teenage girl this time. "Hello, I just wanted to shout out to Ultra Girl, the woman who saved me when I was thrown off of a 12 story building and flew me back to safety. Thank you."
A police officer. "Carmella saved me and my partner when a truck was thrown at us. She blocked it with her body and then set it down. She checked on us first before going to fight. I don't care what anybody says, she is a hero."
"The Dude saved me and my entire family from a burning building. Thank you."
"When terrorists were holding us hostage, it was the Reaper who came to our aid and defeated all of them. He saved the day with no deaths. Thank you Reaper, wherever you are."
"I saw Artemis stare down a metahuman supervillain all on her own so that the police could get people to safety."
"The Justice Patrol have saved so many lives and they don't even ask for a reward!"
"They protect us you know? They protect the people."
"God Bless the Justice Patrol!"
"Thank you!"
"Thank you all!"
They aired an entire hour's worth of videos before turning back to them. "Guys....I know it can get hard...I know it can get rough....but trust me.....it's worth it."

Things had calmed down since the war. It had been a month since that event happened. It had changed everyone, especially the members of The Order. When things were quiet Dr.Crossenberg suggested that the group take a three month leave of absence. To recover from the incident and to help rebuild their lives. For Keres and Esmeralda they have one more important task before they take advantage of the offer. Provide some closure.




After being invited by Cecily, Keres and Esmeralda arrived to the area that Cecily invited them on. Esmeralda and Keres accepted the invite as they want to report to Dr.Crossenberg on if Cecily will honor her end of the bargain and Keres and Esmeralda are the ones that Dr.Crossenberg knows won't let their emotions or moralities get in the way of what has to be done. Merrick accompanied them as, like them, he wanted some form of closure. Esmeralda wondered why Izumi didn't accompany him and Merrick responded that after everything that has happened her daughter needs her more than ever and thats Izumi's top priority.

They're guided by Guinvere, there was hardly any conversation between the four till Guinvere brought up"Hows the new arm?" she noticed Keres's cybernetic replacement arm due to losing his original one during the war" After awhile it's like having my old one again. How's Darius" he remembered how seriously injured he was during the war

"Despite the injuries he's still in high spirits, didn't stop him from flirting with the healers when they're taking care of him" Guinevere said

"When he recovers, tell him I said thanks for what he did for Carmella" Merricks aid

"Be free to tell him that yourself when the time comes" Guinvere smiled as they walk down a long flight of stairs, think of the one from Silent Hill. It was eerily silent for awhile then once they venture down further they could hear a mild scream that increased in volume. The three remained completely unphased from this. The screaming then quieted down and Guinvere led them to a chamber where Cecily is keeping it's current occupant. Lilith.
