The Antagonist Story Arc and Discussion Thread

Good idea.

Don't have much of an idea atm, but this RPG does seem like it would be fun.

I also linked to it in the RPG itself.

I did have one idea though, while the villains are defending the world and using their magic and tech to keep the world ignorant, something starts happening.
Random people start slowly developing superpowers of their own. Realizing that this could potentially mean the re-emergence of superheroes, they have a meeting to discuss it, some of them wanting to just put them down now and save themselves the trouble, and the others wanting to either keep an eye on them or recruit them. Ultimately, it's left up to General Vice.

Interestingly I have this development idea in a situation rather similar to Megamind in that the more they continue fighting much worse threats like the recent one they're fighting or worse the more heroic they start to become. So in an ironic twist they gradually start to become heroes.

Also in addition to this idea there isn't some X-Men like school in The Antagonist RPG. The world of people with superpowers is similar to the Heroes Universe. Although in this one it isn't much power copying or stealing. You can shapeshift as them but because of their own unique DNA structure one cant steal or copy their powers. The only way one could have them lose their abilities is if it's something scientifically made.

I do have this idea in that their next arc villain is basically what if you take Xavier but make him blind instead of wheelchair bound and have him be a clut terrorist leader who leads a small band of super-powered beings.
