"Dinah, how have you been?" Ash asked as he walked over to the group.

"Cant complain. Yourself?" Dinah asked

John would help Al-Zor direct the new recruits to the ID registry, so they're recognized by the system

A gathering ceremony has been called and the turnout for such an event was pretty impressive. You have the Young Alliance from the past present and looking on at the new members of the YA while Cody speaks to the assembled group.

"There have been heroes out there that have inspired us to do good things. And now as you stand here in this room. A new chapter in your life starts. When we put on our attire with an intent to save lives there's a part of us that knew that doing it wont be a cakewalk and we would be facing some trials ahead. The fact that each of us has survived shows just how strong we all are. If the new members would look at my friends, family, and founding members of the group we will provide guidance to the younger members who needs it."

"As the heroes that influenced us have created their own legacy. It is our turn to create our own. Looking at what each of you have brought to the table. We are more than capable of achieving that"

(Other than that, his powers are kinda similar to Nukeman's. I think he would be a good teacher.)

(The smaller looking girl, the one with the lightning bolt suit. According to her file, she can sprout Angel Wings that she uses to fly.) He explained and waved to his daughter.

OT: Hmm. Not sure about having two nuclear powered characters. That and for his powers to be as high as mentioned he'd fit better with Global Alliance than Young Alliance.

As far as the newcomers go I'm not looking for uber powered yet. Just powers that are good enough where they're capable of holding their own.

Besides having it just be Nukeman with nuclear powers helps make him a little more unique.

I have an idea in that you could have him be able to create metal. Like Edward in Full Metal Alchemist.
