I have this idea in that each story arc, the first one for instance will build up to a bigger story arc in that the past arcs are connected. Like how in MA the past arcs were connected to the HGO Arc, with a small exception for a few. For example for the first arc I have is that Zod would be the primary villain of the first arc. Before Superman went to Krypton Zod and a few Rogue Kryptonians were imprisoned in the Phantom Zone. When the destruction of Krypton happened it set off a chain reaction that caused Zod and the others to be free. They got a few other former Phantom Zone prisoners who had escaped and followed him and they've been traveling the galaxy gaining resources and new allies along the way. Thats all I have so far.

I am in the process of looking for someone that can assist me in coming up with story ideas, either it's missions or story arcs

We could do something similar to Almost Got Him with the Bat Rogue's hanging out in Arkham all beat up and each telling a tale about how Batsy took them down. Each 'flashback' could be an arc in itself.

Flash has to deal with his rogue's teaming up to take him down again.

Lex Luthor begins development of kryptonite weapons, Superman fights Lobo.

GL is off on a space mission with J'onn.

PG falls out of a dimensional portal and runs into Supergirl. Hilarity ensues.

Robin looks into the formation of a Teenage Superhero team while hot on the trail of the mysterious Red X.

OMA is created and goes on a rampage, he calms down and goes back to being human. He uses detective skills to find out Lex Corp has a alien in it's ranks. The same kind of alien that turned him into a monster.

Also stopping the League of Shadows from getting alien dna to make their own Omas. (Hey, they did it with man-bats.)

Edit:

Well that part was done. Now time to play our would be super hero.

Mxy deciding to take a break from pestering Supes and going off to bug the Titans, YJ or WW. Razz

Darkseid ruling Apokolips. Like a boss.

Lobo comes down to Earth and tries to take down Superman.

Poison Ivy attempts to wipe out Gotham with deadly poisonous spores. Batman is busy with Bane's crime war so it's up to Nightwing, Spoiler and Tim to take her down with Oracle at mission control.

Cassie is out assisting Batman with the crime war. Shiva shows up.

Kid Flash, meanwhile, dukes it out with Deathstroke in a different city. And by dukes it out with I mean blitzes him. Cool

Martian Manhunter and Megan investigate an attack that they believe to be the from a White Martian.

The ones bolded is the ones I added a little spin on but the rest are pretty good. On the Deathstroke one I just personally feel that both parties deserve a good showing. Both Hero and Villain

Mxy would play a part in the gathering of YJ Smile

Lobo, as mentioned in the storyboard, is hired to track down Kara, whom would have a POWERful allie to help her out.

Kid Flash in a Gauntlet against Flash's Rogue's Gallery

Green Arrow vs Deathstroke

So Bats and Cass split up to hit different areas, with Cass arriving at a warehouse full of goons and pwning them in her usual manner.

She wonders if this was too easy and is quickly proven right when her mother walks in.
The DC Nation Story Arc Ideas 2j43dir
Shiva reveals that Bane hired her specifically to take out Batgirl, since he had figured out she was one of the top fighters in Batman's Team.
Cassandra tries to talk her mother down but as usual it doesn't work and the battle is on. The battle between them is one of epic martial arts skills and techniques that wrecks the warehouse that they are fighting in. Cassandra wins but is in bad shape after the fight, a few broken and bruised bones and cuts and bruises on her body.
At that moment, two more of Bane's men burst in and open fire, having orders from Bane to shoot to kill them both when the fight was over. Cass is able to protect her mother, even catching one of the bullets that was heading towards her, the costume providing protection though it does injure her hand. She then takes out the thugs and ties up everyone.

After checking in with Batman, she goes to go take down Two-Face's gang and back up the police.

Batgirl arrives on the scene to find a number of Two-Face's men have taken the courthouse and hostages. She knocks out the guards outside and is filled in by Rene Montoya of the situation. She notices that Batgirl is in bad shape and offers her help but Cass assures her she can handle it and heads inside. After taking out a few of his men from the shadows and a gunman on the upper level, and freeing hostages, she leaps down to take on two-Face and his men. Due to her earlier wounds slowing her down, she takes some hard hits during the battle but is able to knock out his men and squares off with Two-Face. They duke it out for a bit and then he pulls a gun. She is able to dodge a gunshot, though it grazes her arm, kicks it away and then punches him down. But, well, Two-Guns (b-ch.)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsharxvCHCM
Cassie, wounded as she is, is only barely able to avoid it, catching one in the shoulder. Being Two-Face, he takes out his coin, heads or tails and flips it. Cassie uses this moment to call heads, leaps up and headbutts him to the ground. She then beats him unconscious and drags him outside, where Nightwing, Robin and Spoiler have arrived after taking down Ivy. She tells Montoya of the criminals inside, throws Two-Face to them and passes out from her wounds.
The Team takes her to the Batcave, where she is ordered by Bruce to stay there until she heals up and he decides she's good to fight again. Casandra agrees and suggest Stephanie take her Batgirl duties until then.

Shiva, meanwhile, is placed in Arkham where she is surprisingly peaceful, though she does comment that the security sucks. She stays put in her cell until she heals up and then leaves/escapes (Same thing with Arkham. tongue )

Allright, that's done.
So, what's the zany plan for Harley?

descriptionThe DC Nation Story Arc Ideas EmptyRe: The DC Nation Story Arc Ideas

Well for starters. The Joker has died

It took awhile for Gotham to be repaired after that and for the Bat Family to move on but theres one person who hasn't moved on from that.

The DC Nation Story Arc Ideas 140_la10

Harley hasn't resurfaced ever since his death until recently when she managed to take a few hostages, one of whom being Alfred, whom she managed to capture due to a chance encounter when planning on kidnapping a few hostages. She threatended that nobody except Batman interfere or else she'll blow herself up with the hostages.

While waiting for Batman, Alfred could see that Harley was emotional distraught. So he figured to stall a little by getting into Harley's head. She shuts him down at first but then managed to get through the cracks. He noticed that there was really no elaborate plan or some kind of joke behind it, Harley was looking to die and intends on taking Batman out with her. Despite the situation Alfred couldn't hold no ill will towards her as he has seen the full damage that The Joker has done to her psychologically. He tries to get through her some more, some of it was buying time for Batman to arrive others it's to reach out to her. When it looks as if he was making a breakthrough Batman arrived.

The two argued back and fourth, Harley mentions how little the hostages lives mean to her. She slowly started to breakdown then tells Batman how life can be a big joke. For instance the only reason Batman is still functional is that he still has a family in his sidekicks while Harley has no family. Joker was all she had. But she's going to show the members of his family what it would be like to lose a big part of their family. Batman stopped her before she could activate the bomb then the two had a fight.

Alfred managed to get himself free then when Nightwing and Robin arrived he helped them free the hostages

Harley kept pushing Batman to kill her, he knows thats what she desires but he's not going to offer that to her. Harley eventually broke down infront of him, still begging Batman to kill her. She then fell to her knees and started sobbing uncontrollably. Batman silently restrained her while Nightwing, Robin, and Alfred looked on in a series of mixed emotions.

This would lead to a character arc in Harley getting the help she needs and her finding redemption.

Thoughts?

Excellent ideas. Love it all.
Poison Ivy could be a wild card here. On the one hand, she's nicer to Harley then Joker was, on the other hand, Ivy is whacko herself....
