I think that Stills kids should arrive at Halworth earlier so they can be involved in the court plot i have going on. Kimberly's conversation with her grandfather Sebastian, and Baxter are part of the plot they signified that both are willing to help Kimberly's case and stand by her side.  the person who Halworth will be settle Kimberly's case out of court will be Mazard, and the person who will be Sally's Lawyer is Lester . both are actually members of Orion 9 with Lester being the leader, yet they do have law licenses so they are certified lawyers .

as for Ryan talking to his father that lead to another plot that will take place in NUCAU LION, a plot that is about taking down Rhona's Cartel and getting her to spill the beans on the whereabouts of her mother Miss Glass.  and then those the   Stridayxa City Alien Artifact plot which has been finish in the Famous Manastina siblings thread. since Sally is a orphan  the only people who are going to show up to her trial is Halworth, his staff, the rest of the students and the Nordic council . however Lara's cousins Saskourara Manastina , Vanessa Manastina and  their friends won't be show up for Sally's trial.

the focus in the Famous Manastina siblings thread will be on the introduction on the team who will be  Stridayxa City protectors

okay they will show up but won't be at the trial. bought in Lester and Mazard just to have different lawyers for Sally and Kimberly. however we could just make them have the same lawyer either Lester or Mazard.  oh and in the Famous Manastina siblings thread Danno's older sister Helga is about to be put in intensive care  as she has come face to face with Chuck Hopper.

members of Orion 9 were animal masks to concealed their identities   and have devices implanted inside their heads for psychic  protection, so that  their minds can't be read.  they hide in plan sight, they can be lawyers , postal workers , bartenders, even a friendly shopkeeper.

thanks , in Vanessa's outfit picture I wanted to show off her electricty manipulation but I'm not sure I got the got the aura right.

Think of an evolved human's power being like a business. The first part of this business is the genetic markers in the DNA which house the powers of the supers. They store everything that makes the supers...super. When an ability is activated or triggered, an electrical pulse conveyed by the nervous system is made, telling the genes to send over supplies, in this case, said power genes. When those raw materials reach the the brain, they are interpreted to make the finished product: a usage of the special's ability.

+ To extend this metaphor: Penelope's ability is like a competitor sabotaging the business. First she hacks into the business' files, which are kept in the warehouse (i.e., Penelope 'reads' the other evolved human's DNA). Then, once the thief knows how the product is made, she cuts the phone lines (meaning the nerve receptors) which connect the factory to the warehouse. The factory wants to make the product (meaning the special wants to use their ability), but it is now unable to contact the warehouse.

Which brings me to my next point: Penelope's Power Absorption ability is related to dormant Telepathy
Our girl possesses a very dormant power of telepathy that she doesn't even realize she has. Specifically: A corrupted form of Tactile Telepathy; The ability to hear thoughts or transmit thoughts to others by touch, mixed with ability replication. With it she is able to identify a bodies abilities. Thus, on contact, she uses his power to steal mental and physical energy from another and, in doing so, alters her mind to become like theirs. A side effect of this power transfer is that the original owner suffers brain damage; that section of their mind that gave them their powers is burnt out, leaving them powerless. Explaining why a power drain is so painful for the victim. This also explains why she can get such a quick grasp on her powers, she's learning it as she's draining it all at the same time.
And all of this is done with a touch.

I do one for  the twins  Kaniou   & Ryu  and  their grand father Midori  powers explained 


Kainou does have the ability to absorb powers  but with a twist  it is suggest that Kainou has does have a very dormant power of telepathy which is connect to his moral reasoning.   Kainou was rise by his mother to believe that steal no matter what is is wrong and that something must else be exchange for something else.   when Kainou does his ability the effect is the same as Penelope's.  however when Kainou absorbs a power his moral reasoning of his brain process this as being wrong.


a result  while the person suffers brain damage  Kainou does damage to  his own brain the parts of the brain that process the five senses.  another result is that he enhances the senses of the person whose power he absorbs .   the fact that Ryu can only have six powers at time is a result of his moral reasoning.    Kaniou can't not only absorb power but return it as well. 


he can transfer the power he absorbed back into it's original  owner and fix  the section of their mind that give them their power.  
Ryu's ability is to basically flip flop  powers to their opposites  how this is done is that.  Ryu messes with the part of the brain that controls a person's power and rearranges it  result in the person ability change to the exact opposite of what it's supposed to be.  




Midori  has ability power anchoring  meaning that his secondary powers super speed , agility casualty vision  can not be absorbed, negated, erased, changed, copied.   a  young LION agent back in the day learn this the hard way when they tried to nullified Midori's abilities but it didn't work.  so the only action was to get Midori in position where  his right eye could be taking out  making his casualty vision useless. 


Midori has very dormant psychic defense system  that's impenetrable and it protects the parts brain that govern his powers. the side effect  of this is that any person who tries to absorbed, negated, erased,changed, copied Midori's  abilities gets a nasty physic feedback where the experience extreme  pain.  in only power that can mimic  Midori's abilities without  coming in contact with his dormant psychic defense system is  DNA Mimicry.

now for Baxter Lewis  power explanation 

he has the ability to the DNA of other living being by means of eye contact  it works like this his eyes act like a rely station that examines a person's DNA right down to what governs their traits and abilities.   his brain then makes a copy of this information and stores it in library  like sector that's within his mind.  it houses information about all the  creatures  Baxter has seen. 


a side effect of this is that he also gains the personality traits of the creature DNA he mimics  good or bad.   as result if he were to mimic the DNA of a person who was a total jerk he would turn into a total jerk himself when he shapeshift  into that person. basically he becomes a carbon copy of who's ever DNA he mimics.

Very interesting info. You've really thought this out.

thanks by the way I like to be clear with something power reversal does that mean that something like super strength turns into super speed. it's means that guy who is super strong suddenly becomes super weak . so Ryu's ability would pretty much wreck anyone who has powers are physical.  however Ryu's ability could be helpful to one's who have manipulation powers  that want to try the opposite of what they have.

the on Supernatural beings 

supernatural beings are an enigma  for years science has been trying to figure out how the Physiologies of different  supernatural beings work. they hasn't been much success in this other then the development  of weaponry to combat certain supernatural beings such as vampires.  one of the most puzzling supernatural creatures that has science stump are the Dullahans.  science has not figure out how Dullahans can operate without a head or a brain for that matter.


scientific studies on on Dullahans have showed that Dullahans do not possessed a brain so it's a complete mystery to science has to how they can function without one.   some scientists theorize that   Dullahans are akin to Jellyfish and that they have a

nerve net but this is just a theory it hasn't been proven.  but despite the current enigma of supernatural beings science will continue move forward on it's quest to understand how these beings work.

another current enigma is that  Supernatural beings are immune to stuff like  power inhibitors  which work by  shut down part of the brain in that controls the power of evolved human.  this was tried on a werewolf before and it didn't work.  the reason why is cause Supernatural beings are completely different from  evolved humans  there is no trigger, no electric impulse,  not tells  their genes to send over anything   and nothing is stored. 


in other words Supernatural beings are akin to animals or any other creature with natural traits  and actually don't have  powers  as in they are consider normal for their species  hench why the power inhibitor didn't work on the werewolf.  applying the same science for evolved humans to Supernatural beings  had fall flat on it's face, so  some scientists  are working on theory for Supernatural Beings to solved the enigma.
