Superhero Name: Ultra Girl

Bio: Daughter of two Exodus City PD officers Jennifer and Scott Kingston, her dad trained her in self defense at the age of twelve then when he took ill her mother Jennifer continued in training her in self defense.
She is a student of Exodus High and has a close circle of friends in Sophia, Hank, Summer, Matthew, and eventually Helena. She took her training that both her parents gave her and decided to use them to help out her mother by being a superhero. She had been secretly training to improve her psychic powers so that it would provide use during her outing as a superhero. She named herself Ultra Girl and her first act as a superhero ended up being a personal one. She saw Matthew being beaten up by a group of gangs and it was an act that infuriated her enough that she sought justice for her friend who was a victim of a violent crime. And justice she gave to the gangs to did the act. It got her on notice to not just some of the gangs but also the students at school who saw a video clip of her in action. And thus her career as a superhero took off. Jennifer knew about her superhero lifestyle when Flannery told her about what went down concerning the gangs. Jennifer agreed to Flannery's superhero lifestyle as long as it doesn't interfere with her school and social life.
Since then her superhero life wasn't too difficult, she manages to balance out that and her life outside of being a superhero with no troubles. She didn't have any major super powered antagonist to worry about. Her usual encounters ranged from petty thiefs to local gangs.
All that changed when she met her first super powered antagonist in Frost. She was a tricky villain that she encountered which caused her to use more cunning than brute force to defeat her. She managed to do so, at the cost of hurting her foot when she knocked her out. Her next antagonist ended up being a more supernatural and personal one when she had to save Sophia and her family from a demon that was holding them prisoner. The battle between the two was more spiritual than physical and thanks to the moral support of her mother and spiritual support of her father she managed to overcome the demon's temptations and vanquish it.
Out of those two enemies she faced none weren't as dangerous as the one who really tested her. Quantum. It was Ultra Girl's first life or death fight she ever had and while she won and saved a crowd of people from being fried by her it seriously unnerved her and she had to be hospitalized due to the attack.
Ever since then she wanted to improve herself so that she wont be put in a vulnerable situation like she did with Quantum again. She met a fellow heroine named Artemis, who also goes to her school, who helped train her to improve not just her fighting but her cunning abilities also. She even helped Ultra Girl overcome her fear of leaping over rooftops. She also met a student of Halworth's named Carmilla who offered to teach her in combating supernatural forces. She met Carmilla's friend The Dude who's also Ultra Girl's training partner during her session with Carmilla.
Hank was the only one who know about her superhero identity during the time when they visited Matt while he was recovering and she informed him about it. Then just about all of Flannery's close personal friends knew about her superhero identity.
Ultra Girl has faced a lot of trials in her superhero career and fought her share of super powered antagonist who gradually keep getting more tougher each time. Recently she's facing another personal task when a group of mercenaries called The Statesmen are targeting her friend Artemis. To say this group is going to be Ultra Girl's toughest opponent yet is an understatement.

Flannery's without a doubt one of the nicest characters in Exodus, at least till someone starts harming her friends and family. As the gangs have found out when they seriously hurt Matt.

As Summer and Helena would testify. Also it's not just her, tends to run in the family.

Justified as while going out as Ultra Girl she does wear a blonde wig on and have to make her mannerism's as Ultra Girl as different as possible.

Against other super powered enemies and even non-powered ones she would tend to use her psychic powers to her advantage. Funny moment example was during a training session she gave Dude a psychic flash of a naked Carmilla to distract him and take the bell. Thanks to her training with Artemis she's developing into this even more.

Classic ones like Telepathy and Telekinesis and has trained them to blend into her combat fighting when operating as a superhero.
