Bio: Jay's friend, they meet on the first day of school. In public, Neil is a friendly and outgoing normal guy who gets along with everyone he can. In private though, he is psychopath who has grown bored with his incredible speed and is looking for an outlet for it. That outlet has arisen in the form of murder and only Fastlane can stop him.

A small little out of the way town with a couple hundred people in it. It's like every other little town...except everyone is happy there. All the time. No one gets mad, no one is ever sad, nobody ever fights, nobody steals or robs, etc. Even visitors to this town feel extremely happy upon walking into it. While the occasional investigator has looked into the town, they never find anything but always come home with a big smile on their face.

Bio: So you're interested in my past I take it? As far as my childhood and how I became this dashing rogue you see before you is none of your business. All you need to know about me is I'm the kind that doesn't like to remain in one place too long and would call a loony vigilante out on their bull**** whenever motivation strikes. My job is playing the dragon to any supervillain, I do make exceptions when it comes to monsterous a$$holes though. I would also to this for politicians or corporate executives. I'm also the sort that henchmen might end up becoming after taking a few levels. Theres a bit of inspiration for all you henchmen folks out there. I don't have superpowers and I don't feel down about the fact that I don't have em. The only superpower I have is the keen instinct to survive at any cost, even if I had to take down an obstacle to ensure my survival. I wouldn't trade that for any superpower they offer me.
