Bio: The vast majority of people go through their lives without being struck by lightning. Some rather unlucky people do get struck. Vincent? Vincent got struck by several lightning bolts at the same time while he just happened to step into a puddle of water and had been zapped by an electric eel at a lab earlier that day. That is very unlucky. However Vincent not only survived but he was granted electric superpowers to boot. At first he had trouble controlling it and has thus been working to get it under control. He is also in the process of developing a costume.
Powers: Electrokinesis
He starts off fairly weak with his powers but improves as he fights evil, absorbs electricity, researches electricity and tries new things. Basically works out his power.
Weaknesses: Rubber, Water.

For his part though, this is not out of any sort of malevolent intent, he just likes fighting. He is currently napping on a Sun.
Occupation: Cosmic Fighter
Basically, he's like Champion of the Universe from Marvel, except actually a badass.

Just wanted to create a cosmic that's mostly a neutral force. He won't show up on Earth much but he will be in CAU Space.

Bio: The sole hero of Armington city. Penelope has had a miserable life. Abused by her parents at home and tormented by her her peers at school for years with no one ever helping her. The only thing that kept her going was her constant study of metahuman's and watching the Chase Siblings Adventures. Penelope always dreamed of having power and constantly tested herself to see if she had one and hoped and prayed she would receive powers so she could fight back against her tormentors. She got her wish when she was cornered by a superhuman thug and nearly killed. She absorbed his power and then that of his friend. Delighted with her new power, she used it to fight back against the people who had hurt her and met Vindalee. The two briefly became friends and then Penlope was introduced to Vindalee's friends who worked for Atomix and wanted to take over the city. Penelope chose to stand against them. However this lead to a series of events with Psyche's group going to war with the Armington Powerhouse's with the city caught in the middle and Penelope trying to stop it all.
Following the events of the Warzone Arc and the defeat of Apex, the city was a wreck and numerous people were killed but the villains were ultimately stopped. After bidding goodbye to Team Psyche as they parted ways, Siphon returned home and collapsed from her injuries. She was found by her parents who watched over her for the rest of the day. While unconscious, Penelope was discovered by and taken to LION by Agents Mary Crossenberg and Sophia Cyniburg to recover and placed in a healing tank. She has now awakened and is meeting with Mary.
Powers: Power Theft: The ability to steal other people's superpowers.
Stolen Powers: Electrokinesis, Arm Stretching, Finger Claws, Mouth Energy Blasts, Flight, Superhuman Strength/Durability, Enhanced Jump, Energy Sword, Cryokinesis, Shockwave Clap, Sonic Scream, Energy Shield, Pyrokinesis, Finger Gun, Monster Transformation.
Skills: Very good strategist, decent fighter and skilled at combining her powers.

Bio: Detective for the Exodus City Police Department. To say he has seen his share of unusual stuff is putting it mildly. The things he's seen in Exodus in his career would be enough for him to write a best selling book if he wanted to. He's not what one would call cynical, he believes in that there are good days and not so good days and doesn't let anything like that get it down. He isn't what one would call a cowboy cop either, sure there are times when he would bend the rules a little but he would be a by the book cop. He haven't meet up with a superhero and wouldn't mind teaming up with them. Sometimes it takes more than one person to help change Exodus City for the better.
