A group of five supervillains each with a insect theme. They live by a code which is take what you want and live for the moment. They are considered a young upcoming supervillain group but have already been taken notice due to their elaborate crimes and resourcefulness. Bio: The vast majority of people go through their lives without being struck by lightning. Some rather unlucky people do get struck. Vincent? Vincent got struck by several lightning bolts at the same time while he just happened to step into a puddle of water and had been zapped by an electric eel at a lab earlier that day. That is very unlucky. However Vincent not only survived but he was granted electric superpowers to boot. At first he had trouble controlling it and has thus been working to get it under control. He is also in the process of developing a costume.
Powers: Electrokinesis
He starts off fairly weak with his powers but improves as he fights evil, absorbs electricity, researches electricity and tries new things. Basically works out his power.
Weaknesses: Rubber, Water.

So he had been conducting secret diplomatic meetings with other supervillains and some criminal organizations in an effort to unite into one big organization and have been selling advanced weaponary his scientist designed to buyers who wishes to defend against potential alien threats and superhero threats aswell while keeping his name out of the picture

Family: Robin D'Mico: A former dragon to a crime boss whom James was a henchmen towards. James managed to win Robin's heart and the two left the crime boss and the two married down the road. Robin D'Mico went on to become Jame's Dragon and helped keep the gears within the organization running. She's about as cunning and ruthless as James is when one crosses her

Bio: The sole hero of Armington city. Penelope has had a miserable life. Abused by her parents at home and tormented by her her peers at school for years with no one ever helping her. The only thing that kept her going was her constant study of metahuman's and watching the Chase Siblings Adventures. Penelope always dreamed of having power and constantly tested herself to see if she had one and hoped and prayed she would receive powers so she could fight back against her tormentors. She got her wish when she was cornered by a superhuman thug and nearly killed. She absorbed his power and then that of his friend. Delighted with her new power, she used it to fight back against the people who had hurt her and met Vindalee. The two briefly became friends and then Penlope was introduced to Vindalee's friends who worked for Atomix and wanted to take over the city. Penelope chose to stand against them. However this lead to a series of events with Psyche's group going to war with the Armington Powerhouse's with the city caught in the middle and Penelope trying to stop it all.

-Thus far she's been through the following: Woken up in the middle of the night to find her house being attacked, blasted down by Burst, threatened by Psyche and his group, shot, got up at the crack of dawn with barley any sleep, got super kicked, blasted, shot some more, blasted through walls, frozen, slashed with energy swords, fought off a mob of people, got blasted by a giant fireball, fell from the sky onto a car which was soon blown up, got set on fire, got hit with a sonic scream....the list goes on. She's still fighting. Granted having superpowers helps, but she still has the wounds that she gets in the fights, even if she's bandaged herself up. This is all on her first day on the job.

-While Penelope has a lot of raw power to throw around, she also uses her brain on several occassions. When cornered by Psyche's team and three of the Powerhouse Gang, she talks Psyche into reading her mind, leading him to finding out what the gang tried to do to her before she first got her powers, counting on the fact that Psyche and his team had standards, leading to them taking out the three Powerhouse Gang members for her and then leaving. The first thing Penelope does after checking on her mom? Swipe the powers from the two members who are unconscious and have them.
Later when fighting Slice, who she can't seem to hit, she uses her new ice power to freeze the ground beneath her when Slice is jumping around, causing her to slip and fall, giving Penelope a chance to take her down.
When struggling against Torch, who up to this point has been owning her, she realizes that her higher strength means her shockwave clap is that much stronger and that she can combine it with the ice power, leading to a massive ice blast that takes the guy out in one shot.
When fighting the team of Shield and Scream, Siphon uses a brief moment where the screamer is quiet to bring up a strategy: Vindalee makes the screamer hallucinate, distracting her from screaming so Siphon and Bruiser can tear down the forcefield, taking out Shield and allowing Siphon to take out Scream by stretching her arm out, covering her mouth, swiping her power and throwing her into a table, taking her out.

Owning Volt in her first real fight by using the area to her advantage and flinging stuff at him with her super strength.
Fighting back against her abusive dad and the bullies who tormented her.
In her fight with Flyer, Belch and Leap, she gets beaten up, sure and struggles just to get her footing against their combined teamwork. However the moment Flyer gets sloppy, Siphon grabs him and flings him into a car window, taking him out, then beats Belch by zapping him after avoiding his mouth beam, then proceeds to slap down Leap. The girl with no combat training just beat down three meta's one after another.
After getting blasted through walls by Shockwave and trapped in a block of ice by Blizzard, she surprises them with the mouth beam to buy herself time and then angles it downward to break the ice, followed by bringing the fight to them. Almost immediately after, she is attacked by Slice. Siphon still wins. Hell her entrance into that battle counts: Bursting through the window and slamming into one of the gang members and kicking another across the apartment and out of a door is just badass.
Fighting her way through a massive riot, easily defeating the normal human rioters.
The battle with Torch, where despite getting blasted with fire and nearly burned alive, she not only keeps fighting, she WINS by combining her powers.
Coming up with a strategy against Shield and Scream in seconds, leading her team to victory over them.

Doubles as a moment of awesome.
After the fight with Scream and Shield, she takes a moment to swipe some ear medicine for herself and her team.

A master of the White Lotus Style and Robin's bodyguard. When off duty she's calm and collected and doesn't speak much but when the situation calls for it her true personality, that of a brutal, sadistic martial arts master is unleashed and she will not stop until her opponent is dead or the others pull her off of them. So far, Robin and James are the only ones she will Listen to, though she does obey Helena when she has to. Although she is an expert with weapons, she prefers to use hand to hand.

When off duty she's calm and collected and doesn't speak much but when the situation calls for it her true personality, that of a brutal, sadistic martial arts master is unleashed and she will not stop until her opponent is dead or the others pull her off of them. So far, Robin and James are the only ones she will Listen to, though she does obey Helena when she has to. Although she is an expert with weapons, she prefers to use hand to hand.

Her and Ritter would get along just fine

Bio: So you're interested in my past I take it? As far as my childhood and how I became this dashing rogue you see before you is none of your business. All you need to know about me is I'm the kind that doesn't like to remain in one place too long and would call a loony vigilante out on their bull**** whenever motivation strikes. My job is playing the dragon to any supervillain, I do make exceptions when it comes to monsterous a$$holes though. I would also to this for politicians or corporate executives. I'm also the sort that henchmen might end up becoming after taking a few levels. Theres a bit of inspiration for all you henchmen folks out there. I don't have superpowers and I don't feel down about the fact that I don't have em. The only superpower I have is the keen instinct to survive at any cost, even if I had to take down an obstacle to ensure my survival. I wouldn't trade that for any superpower they offer me.
