you know Admin, Dr. Sykhara & Dr. Kevin Gravitous two scientist of Horizon Labs along with their research team compose of 100 researchers. were making a compound using Radiation + genetic engineering that would grant superhuman abilities they called it Cocktail S. Skyhara and Kevin reason for doing this is pretty much the same as Aurelius's reason. however the had complications namely from a ninja clan called the Black Dragon Clan and Ivan Goldstar

their leader at the time Mazakzui Long wanted Superhuman Ninjas to give his clan a advantage over other ninja clans. Ivan Goldstar was a scientist & robotics engineer who wasn't fond of Skyhara and Kevin's pet project taking the spot light away from his latest robotic experiment. so he plan to sabotaged the project. because of the Black Dragon Clan and the Ivan Goldstar the project end up infected more then 100 kids including Sykhara and Kevin's Children Kasiahia and Bruists, plus the child of Mazakzui Long, Masyoukuki Long which was not the intention of the project.

the intention of the Cocktail S project was to give super powers to Law Enforcement and other people who provide protective services. however even after that Ivan Goldstar latest robotic experiment was outshine by his rival Professor Chronic's latest robotic experiment the Onaus Combat Suit which was design to be used for law enforcement.

In Quantum, the Exodus City's ECPD Meta Division do use power armors when engaging dangerous meta's, the suit you mention could be the NuVersion of that.

that sounds great, and well I was talking about NUCAU since the stuff in the post I list happen in NUCAU many years ago since NU Kasiahia & NU Bruists are 51 and 50 years of age. there is a Onaus combat suit in Quantum the one that Kariako Henziuouiu in Quantum wears. it's a a high tech Bio-nano combat suit with sentient AI.

yeah that character, the Prime version of this character is 28 years old so the NU version will be 18 years old. yeah I specifically mention the Onaus Combat suit cause i had plans on making a Nuversion of it. in Prime it's not called that through it's called Calara after it's AI. In Prime, Chronic made four robotic creations Zen, Calara , Cryius and the Neo Atomic Bio Omega generation 1 Android Sevda.

the Onaus Combat suit

Prototype name: Karia

type: Bio-Microtech Power Suit.

used by: ECPD Meta Division.

Bio: the Onaus Combat Suit prototype Karia was testing in 1972 by Professor Chronic Kaz taking part in the project was a female Exodus City officer and watching were other officers. however Professor Chronic's rival Doctor Ivan Goldstar was testing his project Zen a new combat android at he same time. Ivan Goldstar's android didn't work as intend it malfunction and start attacking people. the officer in the Onaus Combat Suit prototype Karia got into a battle with Ivan Goldstar's android Zen.

it wasn't a easy fight by the officer manged to win and after the battle the Exodus City police choose Chronic over over Ivan seeing that Chronic was the better engineer and scientist. the prototype suffer damage during the battle and had to be repair. so Chronic work on repairing and making modifications to the suit. after the modifications and Repairs were done Chronic went to work making other models of the suit for the Exodus City Police.

while Doctor Ivan Goldstar after his experiment flop couldn't get a job. not even AureliCorp would hire him. Now Ivan spends his days in his home jobless and tinkering with his inventions.

the new girl at Stridayxa High. has a bad rep for being a bad girl at her old school because of her the eye patch she wears. rumors are she got into a vicious fight with a bunch of thugs back in her old neighborhood and that's why she wears the eye patch. but the truth is she got while playing around with a gun she found one day as a little kid in a forest. the gun was just lying there curious she look at the gun and accidentally pull the trigger .

the bullet gaze her and blew out her right eye and it turns out that the gun belong to a man who had lost it on a hunting trip. that is the reason why she wears a eye patch.

why cause the alien artifact that exploded with chemicals gave her the ability to to substitute one collection of molecules with another, allowing her to switch matter. this power could be used for disastrous and dangerous effects. she could use her power to swap a person's heart with a rock killing them, she could swap rain with bullets making it rain bullets, transport something like a huge boulder over a person's head to crush them. switch places with a person so that their in the line of fire and so many other things like swap entire body parts with like say swapping some one's head with a boulder.

dog for sell in Exodus City and not just any dog a special dog. this dog a purebred German Shepherd is a special dog it has super agility , super relfexes, super jaw strength, it can deliver up to 20 tons of pressure in one bite. and it gains temporary super powers from what ever it eats. a great guard dog for a crime lord wouldn't you say.

Bella was furious at this, it wasn't fair so to prove that she was just as good as any guy in her kingdom military ranks , she made her on secret training session.

back in the 1970's through the 1980's crime in Stridayxa City and pretty most of Nordic region was run by e Vaslorzaor " the untouchable Marazoukai. Vaslorzaor was a highly respected highly respect prison warden of a top level maximum security prison. by using his influence Vaslorzaor was able to build his criminal empire. he place a man name Danny Flowers in Stridayxa City to run things there with the aid of Cojoko " The Strong" Aazakio .

Vaslorzaor placed Yaraukio " the Inferno" Marokiao , Masmouon "the Mad" Galdrnaork , and Ojako " the bomb" Aajko in different parts of the Nordic region to run things there. in the criminal underworld Yaraukio " the Inferno" Marokiao , Masmouon "the Mad" Galdrnaork , Ojako " the bomb" Aajko and Cojoko " The Strong" Aazakio were know as the Four Lords, and were know to be immensely powerful. Vaslorzaor also had a daughter by the name of Xambouious Marazoukai who join a group of people, Minoirock (a cyborg Minotaur) , Marz J. Matthews ( Tony J Matthew's Twin brother who is a werewolf) Kariko the troll, Mosahihia the Ogre and Henziouiui the swordsman centaur to from the anti hero group Hardknox.

Vaslorzaor and his criminal empire was defy by boy name Mcgalister Manastina " Sunshine Monkey" and his team the Sunshine Monkey Squad , Jonna Magtik " Dr.Amazon" , Jeffery Wolfman , Bruno " the Werebear" , Tony J Matthews " the Magician and Kashaihia Gavitouious " the swordswoman ". to prevent the Sunshine monkey Squad from meddling with his operations Vaslorzaor careful plan situations were the Sunshine Monkey Squad face off against Hardknox in a series of multiple bouts.

however when Sunshine Monkey Squad and Hardknox join forces Vaslorzaor's plan could no longer work. during him and his men's first bout with the Sunshine Monkey Squad and the Hardknox crew it was a massively one side in his and his men's favor . during the fight top level maximum security prison he work at he signal handily defeat the Sunshine Monkey Squad and the Hardknox by himself while his top men and his battalion of cyborg Minotaurs took down numerous Interpol agents.

during the battle Mcgalister was severally injured by Yaraukio " the Inferno" Marokiao and Xambouious Marazoukai was killed by Yaraukio. the Sunshine Monkey Squad and the Hardknox suffer grave injuries in that battle and won't able to put a end to Valsorzaor's criminal empire. it was until years later that Valsorzaor's Criminal empire was taking down by the Sunshine Monkey Squad who by that time were more experience with Mcaglister now being adult with him married to Jonna.

when Valsorzaor's criminal empire was taking down there was no one to run the criminal underground world in most of the Nordic region so individual crime lords start popping up. Danny Flowers took over as the big time crime lord in Stridayxa City. however that came to a end when a stranger by the name of Frank Stone aka the Frankenstein monster came to the City killed Danny and his men and took over his operations.

however Frank didn't killed Danny's son Patrick instead he kept him alive who at the time was just a young boy. now due to being empower by alien chemicals that splash on him form a exploded alien artifact Patrick is in a position with the help of the Hopper twins to get his late father's criminal business back from Frank.

even when they didn't have powers the Hopper twins were in peak human condition , their natural physical capabilities are near-superhuman levels. not only that but the hopper trains are experience in Silat. the Hopper Twins used Silat Pattani blend with Muay Thai.

Bio: Solveig aka Sally was the register bad girl of Stridayxa City she has done many bad things such as put Saskourara friend Adam in the hospital as well as Vanessa's's friends Kathrine and Wiggie . in fact she has put many people there, there was even one time she even went berserk on the school principle which got her expel from the school and sent to a juvenile dentention Center. all this happen when Saskourara was in middle school.

now a year later Sally has been release from Juvie and has been allow to go to Stridayxa High. Sally wants to make amends for all the bad things she's done in the past.

note: Sally is as tall as she is because of a genetic mutation

power: Vector Manipulation ( she can change the the magnitude and direction of an object ( matter or energy) to maneuver it in the desired way, regardless of pre-existing vectors. This also applies to static or non-moving objects. specifically to say it simulates telekinesis. her power works by by harness free floating electrons using a unique electron mechanism that's located in the center of her Bio motherboard that generates a unique particle that interacts with the electrons.

this allows her to control the vectors of electrons by doing highly complex calculations.

Bio: Sammy was Chorinc's first creation when he was partners with Ivan Goldstar. Sammy was design to be a law enforcement android meant to combat rogue Psychics. Chronic study psychic energy and Telekinesis to find out if there was a way to simulate it. in his study he discover that psychic energy had vectors which lead him to vector manipulation.

if he could make android that could manipulate vectors he could simulate Telekinesis. from there Sammy was created. however during her creation there was a accident Ivan Goldstar tried to finish up Chorinc's work and accidentally did something that cause a malfunction in Sammy's Bio motherboard. this cause Sammy's vector manipulation to go haywire which cause her to completely destroyed anything around her by breaking up electrons.

Ivan Goldstar managed to escaped by lost his right arm in the process. when Chorinc's had arrived back from his lunch break he saw the damage Sammy was causing and was furious at Ivan for meddling with his creation with out his permission. Lucky Chorinc's was able to shut Sammy down before she cause too much damage. she then put her in a stasis field and kick Ivan out of his Lab, after that he never work with Ivan again.

Ivan's rivalry with Chronic develop from there. Chronic couldn't fix what Ivan had done to Sammy's Bio mother board so to fix the problem Chronic create a specialize suit. the suit would keep Sammy's vector manipulation under control. it took lot of effort and work to make the suit but it was worth it and Chronic put Sammy in the suit while she was still deactivated.

he did tests on the suit to make sure it was full operational then place Sammy in a stasis field to due further testing on the suit to make sure that Sammy was ready be revealed to law enforcement. Currently Chronic has yet to revealed Sammy. Sammy has been in a Stasis field since 1943 back then Chronic was 70 years old and Ivan was 18 years old.

Magdalene "Maggie" and Adrian Halworth

Ages: 17 and 15 respectively

Appearances: Maggie is very attractive,tall, with purple hair, brown skin and a slender figure. She always dresses nicely when out of battle. In battle, she wears a purple battlesuit, reinforced with a degree of fiber Marnie discovered is able to adjust on a molecular level.

Adrian dresses in a very dapper manner as well, and wears a similar battlesuit that can withstand high speed assaults that he deals out

Bios: The two biological children of Dr. Halworth, They came along as the young doctor took a more reactionary approach to super heroics and settled down, starting his school. It was a few years after his school already gained a first class that the two were born. When his first class was not on adventures, they got to know his children.

Maggie is a master of magnetism, with Adrian being a speedster. Their personalities are rather different as well. Maggie is very much like her father, very congenial, knowledgeable and amiable, while Adrian is standoffish and a bit prideful

Other: Maggie is a bit of a celebrity, but then again the whole family is, however she has a blog talking about the changing world and the status of the young metahuman in it

Adrian sleeps in Astroman pajamas, or used to until Zack moved in

Dr. Halworth

Age: 45

Appearance: tall (six foot four) with long dreads, a business suit, broad shoulders and a well built upper body from years of exploring

Bio: a part of "The Golden Age" of heroes in which costumed adventurers first emerged, Dr. Halworth is considered one of the pioneers of the current status quo in regards to heroics. He started his career of adventuring at 19, then ended dit to start the school at 26, marrying his wife and finding Morpha a year later. Two years later, Maggie was born, Adrian four years after that. When he found Morpha, and saw other young people with powers pop up, dazed and confused, he found his new calling: to guide these young people to a better tomorrow and herd them into changing society for the better. The Halworth Institute was born that day, with him repurposing his old family home.

Kenny and Penny (No last names)/Killer Unit, Pacifier Unit

Age: Biologically 17 and 16, chronologically 14 months
Bio: Kenny and Penny were farmed in The Village, an experimental field in a CHAOS lab. IT's a small chunk of reality taht's nestled away in a gravity sink, where time moves faster inside than it does on the outside. Spliced with stolen DNA and information obtained from an infiltrator in a rogue cult (see Astroman: Red Headed Stranger TPB for more on that) there were beings cultivated to be super powerful psionic killing machines. A Killer Unit harnesses a destructive psionic aura while the PAcifier Unit can calm the being and boost it's powers, or pacify others and weaken them. Through a refinement process of trial and error by savage combat, two units escaped, naming themselves Kenny and Penny. They escaped on the night a transport was made for another Psi-weapon created by CHAOS, a human bomb

Powers: Kenny is able to channel psionic energy itno a destructive aura of a lion, which can be used to amp his own strength or project out int he form of a blast. He can also use it to mentally scar or destroy an opponent. Penny can use her rabbit aura to pacify, incapacitate, boost, or weaken another. If someone knows the code on their bodies and says it in their vicinity, the two can be shut down and put into a coma like standby mode
