Bio: A metahuman gifted with the power of superhuman speed, he's been incredibly fast ever since he was a kid, breaking the sound barrier when he was 13 and he is continually getting faster and faster. By his own estimation, he's around mach 7 now. After speeding around, he eventually decided to put his speed to use in the form of superheroics, much like his idol Lightspeed. Thus, he came up with the costume and name of Fastlane: The guardian angel of Ascension City.

The Zirg Empire: Once thought to be aliens from another dimension but were revealed to be an alternate version of Earth from the 80th century who sought to control the NuCAU Earth because the empire felt that it lacked the direction it needed to progress.
